Abstract: One of the main goals of all human beings is achieving to the happiness. At present, research about the effects of various parameters of the public health on the happiness is conducted by the psychologists. Researchers have founded that the public health has a major impact on the happiness. However, the method of the psychologist is very difficult and time consuming. In order to determine level of happiness in this paper, the combination ANN MLP, based on the health parameters were used. Initially different neural network s trained by data related to public health. Next, the test samples were used to obtain the results. Then, the majority vote rule determined a person's happiness level. The comparison results with MLP, Decision Tree and Naive Bayes shows the better performance of the proposed method.
