Abstract: An important issue in WSN is the regional covering. A coverage algorithm should solve this problem by considering the power consumption to improve the network lifetime. This requires employing the lowest number of sensors. This paper presents a novel approach to improve FEED algorithm for three dimensional clustering wireless sensor networks. This algorithm achieves full coverage in three dimensional wireless sensor networks. In this algorithm the area of a cluster which is a ball is to be divided into some small balls each one in charge of covering its corresponding 3D area by using lowest amount of nodes.
