Abstract: Today, management experts believe that human resource is considered as the main property of the organizations and as a competitive advantage. The existence of healthy relationships based on cooperation and sympathy among these valuable resources are the most important main factors for success in all organizations. With regarding to the increasing complication of the organization, the differences of individuals’ thoughts, attitudes and beliefs are inevitable. Therefore, conflict is the unavoidable component of the nowadays organizational life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the affecting factors in the increase of the organizational conflicts and its relationship with human resources strategies in Abadan oil refining company.
